The Cargo fork is designed to last longer and reduce maintenance costs via extended service intervals. It provides performance and load-carrying capacity for all types of utility bicycles.

Durability

The recommended service interval is 20,000kms or every two years for an oil change and general service replacing seals, washers and o-rings.

The fork lowers are made from cast aluminum, offering stiffness and strength. Motorcycle fork seals provide increased dirt and moisture protection.

Specific Design

The Cargo fork includes features tailored for its intended use. The steering rod mount, integrated into the fork crown, provides direct control and added safety while riding. The 15mm thru axle increases the rigidity and security of the fork.

The fork lowers include a direct mount for the Formula Utile brake caliper, which is also specifically designed for cargo bike use.

Big Load Capacity

With 35mm stanchions and 50mm of travel, the Cargo fork has a load capacity of 300kg and is suitable for both personal and intensive commercial use.

Modular Repair

The fork is designed for easy repairs of structural components to increase its lifespan. You can replace the fork lowers, crown, and stanchion tubes if and when required.

Replacement parts will be available as part of the Formula 10 Year Support Promise.

OEM Options

For OEM customers, a mounting option for cable steering can be integrated into the crown. Tapered steerer tubes and mounts for different brake rotor sizes are also available upon request. Please CONTACT US for more information and to discuss your project.
